Shock Service - Ohlins/K-tech

Complete service of K-Tech or Ohlins shock. There is an additional charge for these shocks due to extra parts and labour required for rebuilding hydraulic preload adjusters, etc.

• Complete disassembly, inspection and cleaning of shock including all internal parts - pistons, shims, bushes, etc.
• Replace seal head, dust seal and guide bush (seal head seals, dust seal and guide bush included in cost, any further parts charged as extras)
• Polish shaft and remove pitting if needed.
• Rebuild with high performance suspension fluid.
• Recharge with Nitrogen if applicable.
• Compile set-up sheet with base settings.
